Our theme this year is:
On behalf of the Webelos, Den 1 and Den 2, we are looking forward to a fabulous birthday celebration for the cub scouts at the annual Blue & Gold Banquet. We thank the Pack Committee Members, and other Den Leaders for their help this year. Of course it is only possible with the help of the parents. Thank You.
Below are a few last minute details:
- Set Up at 3:00pm and Cleanup at 7:00pm:
We would love your help setting up the tables at 3:00pm. After the tables are set up, you will be able to decorate your own den tables. We will have a committee member helping you with your den location, and any other questions. If you are not decorating or helping with your food setup, please be there no later than 4:45pm. The night will be begin promptly. After the banquet, we would appreciate any volunteers for cleanup. The more we have, the quicker we all get to go home. The Blow Ups will still be around until 8pm for the kids to play with.
- Decorating Den Tables:
a. You may decorate as little or as much as you wish.
b. Helium balloons will not be allowed. The helium balloons escape to the top, and then the next day during services, the balloons decide to float down, and interrupt the services. I understand that would be a distraction.
- Food:
a. There are outlets available to plug in your warmers.
b. The kitchen is available to us, but it would be more convenient for you to have it already prepared in advance.
c. There will be snow cones and cotton candy for dessert for all to enjoy.
d. Someone from you den should bring a banquet table to place food on. We will show you where your food table may be placed. You may also place food on your tables that you are sitting at.
e. Please let me know if you have extra 6-8ft tables we can use.
- Attire:
a.
Scouts may dress in their favorite baseball attire or must be in full Class A cub scout uniform. Full Class A is scout shirt with neckerchief & slide.
b. Scout hat is optional and they may wear jeans.
c.
Tigers should don their red pack t-shirt.
d. Your den leader may have more details for you.
