Where to Park and Meet
We will all park in the same lot a few blocks away. All vehicles will be parked under the Harbor Bridge in the Aquarium Parking Lot. A map is in the attached documents. You will then need to walk with your gear to the dock. We will meet near the Blue Angel Airplane prior to the ramp.
We need to check in and board as a group. Please arrive at 1 PM in order to have enough time to park, walk, and distribute wrist bands. These will be your ticket on board. We will board shortly before 2, so please be on time. If something happens and you are running late please call or text the outdoor chair via the information located in the signup genius and we will arrange boarding.
Click here for a blank pdf health form. You will not be allowed on the ship if each person (scout, sibling, or parent) does not have a completed health form on file. Health forms must be no older than 1 year from the date of the event. I need to have a binder with paper copies with me when we board the ship, so here are your options for turning them in. Please include copies of your insurance cards.
We will not have time to fill our health forms at check in, so please make sure that I have them prior to Saturday morning.
– Class A Uniforms to wear Sunday morning for the Flag Ceremony (Lions & Tigers may only have Class B)
– Class B T-Shirts – wear this for check-in (easier to find everyone)
– Money for the Snack Bar (open after dinner)
– Sleeping Gear (Pillow & Sleeping Bag)
– Toiletries (Towel, etc)
– Flash Light & Change of Clothes
– Pack Lightly (We have to go down some very narrow and steep stairs to sleeping area)
– Comfortable Shoes (There is lots of walking, so avoid crocs, sandles, flip flops)
Dinner and Breakfast will be served by the Lexington.
Please reply if anyone has dietary needs for the Lexington to address.
